Meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland 2026

We were invited to a meeting with the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, who expressed words of appreciation to all volunteers and staff of the Apostolate, thanking them for supporting Polish citizens who are in a difficult life situation and experiencing homelessness. We are grateful that our daily work has been noticed and appreciated. We are always guided by solidarity and respect for others, helping everyone in need.

Christmas Eve 2025

The Christmas dinner for the homeless and those in need on 17 December 2025 began with Holy Mass celebrated by Father Piotr. We then sang Christmas carols together, shared the traditional Christmas wafer, and sat down for a communal meal.

There were tears of emotion, smiles, and moments when loneliness, even if only briefly, ceased to matter.

We distributed over 150 portions of soup and bigos, more than 100 backpacks, thermoses, toiletries, hats, scarves, gloves and thermal clothing, 120 bags of food, as well as beautiful cards made by children from St Ignatius Primary School.

None of this would have been possible without the tremendous work of 20 volunteers—their commitment to the preparations, carrying and packing, and their presence from the early morning hours—as well as the musicians who created a warm and truly festive atmosphere.

Bieg w "Dobrej Sprawie" 2022 Kent

In 2022, we participated in a charity run to support the work of the Social Apostolate at St. Ignatius Church.

Ten members of our church community, along with their families, traveled to Kent for the “Run for a Good Cause” event supporting people at risk of homelessness. We raised an incredible £3,395.13!

The funds were used to purchase a refrigerated display counter to keep donated food fresh longer, as well as to reorganize and repaint our kitchen facilities
